Care Age Country Home is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to care for our elderly residents on a part-time or full-time basis. As an HHA you will assist our residents with daily living activities which may include providing personal cares such as dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting while encouraging independence in these activities to the best of the residents abilities. Other tasks may include medication administration, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
No experience is necessary, as we provide all required training on site. Training to include: facility policies and procedures, medication administration, dementia care and on the floor training with current staff.
Benefits may include meals with the residents, health insurance (FT only), life insurance, retirement plan and PTO.
Additional pay for those with experience and/or are currently on the Minnesota CNA registry in good standing and for the Overnight shift. Persons working the overnight shift receive a shift differential and work with another staff member during the shift.
